The event opened with Mpho Jasone, Sponsorship Manager for Football and Youth at Nedbank and the main sponsor of the YouthX Masterclass. He presented on the theme of “Building a Road to Success,” focusing on four key pillars: Confidence, Allies, Self-accountability, and being a Crucible. “It is important to have friends that support you and boost your confidence,”

Mpho said, highlighting the value of surrounding oneself with a supportive network. He encouraged students to “lift others as you rise,” setting the tone for a day of inspiration and practical guidance.
