Thato Manthata, a final-year Computer Science student at the University of Limpopo, isn’t just studying technology—he’s on a mission to use it as a tool for change.

Blessing Kganyago, a first-year student at the University of Limpopo, hails from Moletji Semenyane in Limpopo. Pursuing her studies in the Faculty of Science and Agriculture, Blessing has taken on a unique challenge: becoming the only female boxer in a group dominated by males.

UL's Science Communication postgrads engaged Grade 6 and 7 learners with interactive science exhibitions and shows. They explored fields like agriculture, astronomy, and robotics. The initiative sparked interest in STEM subjects.

Moselakgomo Evelyn Tebogo (22) from Ga-Matlala Madietane, marches to the beat of her own drum,  As a student at the University of Limpopo, Evelyn had planned to launch her first business while still studying.

Tebogo Kate Modula, a 24-year-old University of Limpopo alumna, is making strides in environmental development. With an Honours degree in Development Studies, she is now an interns as an Environmental Development Officer at the Limpopo Government Office. Modula is paving her way in the environmental sector.

The Faculty of Science and Agriculture (FSA) recently hosted an open function to empower students with academic tools, mentorship, and motivation. Under the theme “Today’s Effort, Tomorrow’s Success: Strive, Thrive, Achieve,” introducing key student structures and peer support for academics.
