The University of Limpopo Boxing Club (UL) recently participated in a developmental tournament organized by the Limpopo Boxing Organisation in collaboration with the Capricorn Department of Sports, Arts, and Culture.

Ebenezer Masogo, born on February 19, 1999, in Mpumalanga’s Bushbuckridge, has always chased big dreams. From the classrooms of Tiyani Primary to the soccer fields where his parents played, Ebenezer’s journey is defined by his dual passion for academics and football.

Blessing Kganyago, a first-year student at the University of Limpopo, hails from Moletji Semenyane in Limpopo. Pursuing her studies in the Faculty of Science and Agriculture, Blessing has taken on a unique challenge: becoming the only female boxer in a group dominated by males.

UL's Kagiso Madise, a final-year Social Work student, represented Team South Africa at the 2024 CUCSA Tennis Games in Zimbabwe, earning a bronze medal and showcasing his talent on an international stage.
